CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY
In a Founding Assembly held at the "Katsellis Hill" Hotel on 23.10.1982 and time 10.00 a.m., thirty-seven attended [no. 37] faces, who decided to establish an association with the name "Pancypriot Organization of Independent Professionals Architects and Civil Engineers".
Every person who was present at the Founding Assembly is automatically registered as a regular member of the Organization, assuming that he meets the conditions of the paragraph 4 (ii) of the Statute.
In the Founding Assembly of the Organization, after the decision to establish an Organization and the approval of the Statute, the first Board of Directors is elected. with a term of two years. The Auditor of the Organization is also appointed. The first General Meeting is convened no later than two years after the Founding Assembly, and the first E.G.S. in one year after the Founding Assembly.
NOTE: This Statute was amended following amendments approved during the Extraordinary General Statute. Meeting on 3.10.1992 and according to the Extraordinary Statute Gen. Meeting on 2.6.2012.
